ORDERING

Order Confirmation, Status & Tracking

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number within a few hours.

And once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order via the carrier's website.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Order cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. However, if it is placed in error, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to suspend the order for you if it has not been shipped out. 

If an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item. You will receive a refund email notification from us.

We will not ship the item when it is back in stock as we do not have a backorder system.
