Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

All orders are final sales. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

In the case that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will issue you refund or ship a replacement. Only unopened items that meet these criteria may be accepted for a refund or exchange (unless defective). 

Please report the problem via email to online@bansiusa.com within seven (07) days of receipt. Remember to include the order number and a picture of the defective/damaged/wrong item(s). If the return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and request that you send the item back to us within seven (07) days of receipt of the return shipping label for a full refund or replacement. Please follow the below steps to complete your return:

  • Pack your return parcel well with appropriate packaging material. 
  • Print the return shipping label and affix it securely to the top of the package.
  • Please take the package to the mail carrier facility indicated on the shipping label for delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if goods are not returned in a sealed condition or are damaged

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive your orders, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase of the products. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund is issued. Refund may take up to 5 - 7 business days to be posted to your account depending on the issuing bank.
