1. Can I return or exchange the items I have purchased?

2. Does your company do international shipping?

  • No, we currently do not offer international shipping.


3. What payments do you accept besides Debt and Credit?

  • We also accept third party payment provider such as American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


4. Do you test your products on animals?

5. How long does it take to ship an order?

  • We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). This will allow us to ship your order during business days and you can get your order 5-7 days after it leaves our warehouse.


6. Can I track my order?

  • Yes, you can! We will provide you with an order number and also a tracking number once your package has left the warehouse.


7. I have not received an order confirmation, what do I do?

  • Please allow a few minutes for your order to be placed and processed in our system. After that you will shortly get the confirmation order number.
