Order Confirmation, Status & Tracking

Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number within a few hours.

And once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order via the carrier's website.


Order Changes/Cancellations

Order cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. However, if it is placed in error, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to suspend the order for you if it has not been shipped out. 

If an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and issue a refund for the out of stock item. You will receive a refund email notification from us.

We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.




BANSIUSA ships retail orders to the USA address only. 

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS and DHL. Time in transit may vary between are 5-7 business days for Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping reduces transit time, but not order processing time. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

For additional information regarding your order, please refer to your order email confirmation which will include a tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost packages upon delivery confirmation.

All orders are final sale. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective, damaged or wrong product shipped.

In the case that you receive damaged, defective or wrong product, we will issue you a refund or ship a replacement. Only unopened items that meet these criteria may be accepted for a refund or exchange (unless defective). 

Please report the problem via email to within 7 days of receipt, remember to include the order number and a picture of the defective/damaged/wrong item(s).

If the return is authorized, please send the item back to us within 7 (seven) days.

Only items purchased on can be returned to Items purchased from another retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Note: Please send your return via an insured shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost in transit. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
